"Driver was late for my airport pickup"
I booked an airport pickup, but the driver showed up about 35 minutes late and barely answered my calls. The car was fine, but the stress just wasn't worth it

I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but I had to follow up a few times to keep it moving. I understand these things can take a little time, but you’d expect a bit better communication without having to chase. Overall, it was okay.

Booking was straightforward, but everything after that felt kinda all over the place. I kept getting mixed updates and had to chase for basic info, which made the pickup way more stressful than it needed to be lol. The driver was fine once it finally happened, but it really felt like Taxicode and the operator weren’t on the same page. Not the best experience tbh.

"Not Worth the Hassle"
I reached out with a complaint it felt like they just brushed it off. Nothing got resolved, and I never felt like they actually cared. Disappointing service in my opinion.

"Easy booking, but the timing was a little off"
Booking the cab was straightforward, and I liked that part. The issue was that the cab showed up a bit late, and the updates weren’t very helpful while I was waiting. I kept checking the time and the app because it said one thing, then it felt like nothing was really changing. Once the driver arrived, everything was fine — the car was clean enough, the ride was normal, and the driver was polite. I just wish the pickup time had been more reliable, especially when you’re standing there watching the minutes tick by.

"Payment turned into a whole headache"
The payment part was a mess. I got charged twice for the same order, and now the refund still hasn’t been sorted out. It’s the kind of thing that makes everything feel way more stressful than it needs to be, like checking my bank app over and over, wondering if I should contact support again, keeping track of the order number, watching for email updates, and basically babysitting the whole situation. I just wanted to pay once and be done with it, not deal with duplicate charges and a refund that’s still hanging around unresolved.

"Felt like I wasted my money on this ride"
The ride was way more uncomfortable than I expected. The car felt rough over every little bump, and the seats seemed worn out, so I couldn’t really relax at all. For what I paid, I was hoping for a smoother, more comfortable experience, and it just felt like money I wish I hadn’t spent.

The driver was polite and said hello when I got in, which I appreciated. He helped confirm the address too, but I did notice he seemed a bit rushed the whole time, like he was watching the clock or trying to get to the next stop quickly. Nothing major went wrong, and the ride itself was fine, but the slightly hurried feeling stood out to me.

"I liked that the price was shown..."
I liked that the price was shown before I booked, because I always get a little annoyed when the total changes later for some random reason. The driver was a bit late, just a few minutes though, so not a big deal. I think I was mostly just relieved there wasn’t any awkward surprise at the end of the ride. Overall it felt fair and easy to understand.

I booked a taxi and was so happy with the price — it felt almost like a little victory. The driver showed up right on time too, which made the whole thing feel super easy and stress-free. For what I paid, it was seriously great value and I’d definitely use it again.

Booked my taxi in no time and it was no hassle at all. I remember I was standing in the kitchen with one sock on for some reason, and the whole thing was sorted before I even found the other one.

"I booked a car for an early..."
I booked a car for an early airport run, and then got told there wasn’t any vehicle available. Like, seriously? Had to scramble and find another taxi last minute, which was super stressful. Really annoying tbh, and I def wouldn’t trust this again

I had to get in touch with Taxicode support about a booking question, and from what I remember, they did come back with a clear enough answer. It sorted out what I needed, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience or anything.
The only thing that sticks in my mind is that it felt slower than I was expecting at the time. Not a huge problem, but when you’re trying to get travel plans sorted, a quicker response would definitely make it feel smoother.

"Booking details came through properly"
I used Taxicode for an airport pickup and, to be fair, the confirmation email had everything I expected in it. The time, pickup address, and price all matched what I’d entered, which is how it should be when you’re trusting a company with travel plans. The driver details came through a bit later, but it wasn’t a big issue. I liked being able to double-check everything before heading off, because nobody should have to deal with hidden surprises or vague booking info. Not perfect, but overall it was clear and reliable.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I had to cancel my booking, and from what I remember, the whole process felt a bit more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies weren’t very quick, and I ended up having to follow up a couple of times about the refund. It did get sorted eventually, but looking back, it was definitely more of a hassle than I’d hoped.
